About the Project: ASX delivered Teal Apartments, a boutique residential development comprising 26 luxury apartments arranged over four levels with a basement. The building was designed to provide high-quality living spaces with modern finishes and a strong architectural presence in the Meadowbank community. The project also included basement carparking and landscaped surrounds, demonstrating ASX’s capability in multi-storey residential construction and delivering premium apartment living.
